Julien is an expert bartender for Havana Club rum as well as Grappe de Montpellier (Spiritueux Vignerons). He was a creator and developer of the new Suze Bitters line.
He has opened and managed several award winning cocktail bars and hotel bars.
Julien discovered a passion for photography when he worked at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden Roc in the late 1990's. There he met major actors, filmmakers and fashion models, but it was the work of great photographers who fascinated him and motivated him to take the plunge.
